Quint is President and founder of this newly
established practice. He has more than 25 years experience working as a financial and
executive manager in equipment manufacturing, sales and service industries. Quints
experience includes the direction of traditional corporate staff functions (financial,
human resource, legal, and regulatory) in addition to P&L management, strategic
planning, company restructuring and acquisitions and divestitures. Quint served for more
than 8 years as President of a $400 million U.S. subsidiary of a European based,
multinational company.
Quint has significant acquisition and divestiture experience including the
direction of several successful post-acquisition litigation claims. He has overseen the
management of large scale projects involving the delivery of complex equipment to new
industries and in hazardous environments.
Quint gained considerable international experience having worked as an
auditor in Latin America, a financial manager in Europe, North Africa and the Far East and
an executive manager for operations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He is a graduate of
the University of New Mexico, a CPA and speaks Spanish.

Sven presents an impressive resume of
experience in the sale, marketing and management of industrial products. His career has
progressed from sales engineer, product manager, marketing manager, and vice president -
sales & marketing to division president. Sven served three years as worldwide division
vice president for a $200 million product line, managing production and sales activities
in 50 countries. As president of a U.S. manufacturing division, he grew revenues by 35% to
$100 million and increased profit by 60% over a three year span.
Svens sales and marketing expertise encompasses both technically
complex, high dollar value equipment, as well as commodity-like products, to a wide range
of process industries. Highly regarded as a superb strategic planner, Sven also brings
sound judgment in the planning, selection and management of sales channels. He has
introduced several innovative techniques and systems to motivate, monitor and improve the
performance of direct salesmen, distributor networks and manufacturers
representatives.
Sven was born in Sweden and moved to the U.S. in 1981. He is a graduate of
the University of Lund, Sweden (MS-Chemical Engineering), and completed the Management
Development Program at Northeastern University in 1986. He offers 27 years of business
experience with broad international exposure, marketing products to food, chemical, oil
& gas, life science, mining, electric utility, and HVAC customers.

Dinkos education and early work
experience in Chemistry and Process Technology served him well as a sales executive of
complex industrial products. His track record shows a pattern of exceptional sales growth
with improving margins. Dinko brings an intense passion for customer service like few
others. Dinko closed multimillion contracts for oil service and food processing equipment,
in the face of stiff competition, without compromising on price. As Vice President of a
customer service division he increased spare parts sales from $11 million to $19 million
in less than three years.
Dinko once served as president of a small manufacturer of a niche product.
It was a troubled and corrupted company when he took over. During his tenure, he revamped
manufacturing systems reducing lead times by 90%, installed new administrative and
logistic systems, traveled the world to promote international sales, tripled the sales
volume and profit margins, drove two competitors out of the market, all while achieving a
99% customer satisfaction rating.
Dinko was born in Croatia, is a graduate of the University of Zagreb (M.
Sc. - Chemistry & Process Technology with post graduate studies in Macromolecular
Chemistry). He spent his early career in Canada and moved to the U.S. in 1988. He
continues to be a student of most developing technologies including the management
sciences. His continuing curiosity and high energy, complimented by 28 years of business
experience, make him fit for most any challenge.
