Any complex undertaking that involves new technology, legal or regulatory issues will likely require the use of one of the large consulting firms. We poke fun at these firms and they deserve it when they try to impose that business model that obliges you to educate their apprentices. However, we recognize that these firms also have significant expertise and we encourage using them and paying them well for this knowledge when it is made available. We are happy to work with these firms and help you manage a project with them.
